Terms of sale

Article 1. Purpose

These terms of sale define the contractual relationship between Moon Modesty and the buyer, governing any purchase made on www.moonmodesty.fr. By placing an order, the buyer acknowledges having read and unreservedly accepts these terms. Moon Modesty reserves the right to amend these terms to comply with new regulations or improve the use of its site; the applicable terms are those in force on the date of the order.

Article 2. Products

The products offered are available on www.moonmodesty.fr, subject to availability. Moon Modesty reserves the right to modify its assortment at any time. Each product comes with a detailed description. Photos are as accurate as possible but not contractually binding. Sales are intended for buyers residing in countries that allow the import of the products. Products are made to order.

Article 3. Prices

Prices, in euros (€) all taxes included, are shown on the site. Moon Modesty reserves the right to change prices, but the price at the time of the order applies. Shipping costs are additional.

Article 4. Orders and payment

Orders may be paid by PayPal or, as a last resort, by bank transfer. Confirming an order constitutes acceptance of these terms. All data provided when ordering is recorded and serves as proof of the transaction. Moon Modesty confirms every order by email.

Article 5. Retention of title

Moon Modesty retains ownership of the products until full payment of the price by the buyer.

Article 6. Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the consumer's specifications. The customer has 48 hours after receipt to report any defect or error. After this period, no return will be accepted. To contact Moon Modesty: moon_modesty@outlook.fr

Article 7. Delivery

Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order. Times are indicative (15 to 25 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays). Transport risks are borne by the buyer once the products leave Moon Modesty's premises. We accept no liability for transport-related delays (customs, exceptionally long times, etc.), damage to packaging by the carrier, or theft or loss of parcels. The buyer is invited to contact the chosen carrier directly for more information. Moon Modesty provides the parcel tracking number by email.

Article 8. Returns and refunds

Our products are made to order exclusively. Accordingly, and in line with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, no right of withdrawal applies, as the items are deemed clearly personalised. No return or refund can be accepted, except in the event of a proven manufacturing defect or a sizing error attributable to our service. In these exceptional cases, any claim must be reported in writing to moon_modesty@outlook.fr within 48 hours of receiving the parcel, with supporting photos. By validating their order, the customer acknowledges being fully informed that the items are made solely to order, making their return or refund impossible except in the event of a defect or sizing error attributable to the company. Outside these reasons, we cannot provide any exchange or refund. Please read the product descriptions carefully to be sure of your purchase.

Article 9. Liability

Moon Modesty is bound only by an obligation of means in the distance-selling process. It cannot be held liable for damage resulting from the use of the Internet.

Article 10. Intellectual property

All elements of www.moonmodesty.fr remain the exclusive property of Moon Modesty.

Article 11. Personal data

Moon Modesty undertakes to preserve the confidentiality of the information provided by the buyer, in accordance with French law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978. The buyer may exercise their rights of access, modification and deletion by contacting moon_modesty@outlook.fr
